If you are living in Wolverhampton and in need of further information and advice about Universal Credit then you can contact the Benefits and Covid-19 Helpline on 07966 292321 or by email firstname.lastname@example.org. The Helpline is open Monday to Friday between 10.00 am - 12.00 noon and 2.00 pm - 4.00 pm. If you experience difficulties in getting through then you can leave a voicemail or text message and this will be picked up. This Helpline has been set up as part of the City of Wolverhampton Council’s response to the Coronavirus. It is operated by the Council’s Welfare Rights Service.
